PERSONAL GYM BOOTHS (Muscle Beach Parklet)
Our 4 gym booths available by reservation, allow you to work out on your own, using our equipment in your own outdoor personal fitness station. Each station includes a full squat rack that allows for squatting, dead-lifting, pull-ups, pressing and barbell, bench and dumbbells. Don't see a piece of equipment that you need? We will go inside the gym and get it for you.
OPEN AIR/SIDEWALK CARDIO
We offer open air/sidewalk cardio sessions: Available by reservation,
we have 1 rowing machine, 1 assault bike and 1 spin bike.
INDOOR GYM SESSIONS
Now accepting online reservations for our indoor gym with limited capacity (5 sessions per hour) Each gym session is 45 minutes to allow for cleaning in between sessions. Indoors, you will have access to our full arsenal of equipment.
If you have recently cancelled your membership, you have one month to renew and be grandfathered in at the old rate. Don't snooze on this as prices have increased due to increased staffing, PPE and sanitizing requirements.
