You don’t need to be a fighter in order to train like a fighter. Get the strength and conditioning experience that boxers go through to prepare for competition.

4 week program, 3x a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 - 8 AM
Week 1: Footwork, Head Movements & Combinations
Week 2: Strength & Conditioning - weight training and high intensity interval training
Week 3: Intensify and Build on the Basics
Week 4: Strength and Endurance with 1-1 Focused Mitt Drills with Coach
